Order & collection information

• Regrettably, we are unable to offer a delivery service and as such, orders must be collected from our shop at

Unit 16, The Bridgewater Centre, off Robson Avenue, Urmston, Manchester, M41 7TE.

• You do not make any payment on this site.  Payment is taken on collection and can be made by card or cash. 

​​

• Our opening hours for collection are as follows - Monday to Saturday 10.30am until 1.30pm (10.30am until 1.00pm on Saturday). We do not have a pre-order facility for collecting on a Sunday.

• The order cut off time to collect the following day is midnight (for example you can order up to midnight on Monday and collect on Tuesday between 10.30am and 1.30pm. 

• If your order comes in after midnight you can collect on the second day (for example you order at 1am on Monday and you can collect on Wednesday between 10.30am and 1.30pm.

• You can order up to midnight on Friday to collect on Saturday between 10.30am and 1.30pm however if your order is made after midnight on Friday it will not be available for collection until Monday between 10.30am and 1.30pm.

• If you place an order that you would like to collect at a later date, please advise which day you would like to collect in the "ALTERNATIVE COLLECTION DAY" field when checking out.  If you leave this field blank we will assume you are looking to collect in the normal time frame.

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU ARE NOT PLACING A PRE ORDER BUT WOULD LIKE TO VISIT THE SHOP AND ORDER AT THE COUNTER WE ARE OPEN FROM 7AM MONDAY TO SATURDAY AND 8AM ON SUNDAY.
